The apartment is designed as a duplex and is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the house. The entrance is on the lower floor, where the hallway with built-in wardrobe leads to the living room, connected to the kitchenette and to the terrace which invites you to have a pleasant sitting on summer days. On the lower floor of the apartment there is also a bedroom, a bathroom with corner bath, toilet and bidet and a separate toilet. A staircase leads from the living room to a gallery, which can serve, for example, as a workspace and is further connected to a second open bedroom.

All living rooms have parquet floors, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The exposed beams give the entire space a welcoming atmosphere, while the open upper floor with glass railings gives the interior a pleasant airiness.
